One red onion
One green capsicum
Sour cream

1/2 gallon water
2 liter 7UP
1 cup unionized salt
2 tbls. minced garlic
2 tbls minced ginger
3 or 4 diced green onions
1 cup soy sauce

leave in brine over night or up to 12 hours.
