Long time since I posted and not sure if this is the right place.
I was recently referring someone to the affiliated website meatsandsausages about curing bacon.
We had a look at this page:
And it's all a bit messy.
It is giving sort of 3 ways to cure without clearly differentiating between them...

Hello all.
Question - is it possible to post/attach a picture/pictures directly from my files on my comp, or it should be only added thru external server like fotosik, imageshack or photobucket?

Than you very much Bob. Now it is clear that I have to use photobucket.

I have seen people completely change their statements in posts on other sites. One person asked if she could can turkey? My reply was of course it is meat . Then she added and will you explain the process . That changes the question and make s my answer seem smart assed.

Would it be useful to have a section in the forum for other recipes, eg garnishes, salads, desserts etc, which may not be country specific ? We eat with sausage all sorts of accompaniments, some of which might be worth sharing ?
What say you, fellow members ?
Gus

I often post something that falls into the sausage isn't the only food catagory. So not just making sausage but how we use sausage and what we eat with it would be good.
