That Pork looks too good, and I can well imagine it was a feast fit for a King.
Some years I was invited to some local feast in Puerto Rico where they also grilled a whole Hog, it was divine!

We only had 30 people show up, so we had lots of food, pulled pork left overs are so versitle they won't last long.
