Homemade Sausage Making

Can anyone help me out my wife and I love Polish pickle but do not know how to make it ,my friend brought me a packet of the mix back from Poland but does not go there often and now I can't make anymore.

Do you mean pickled cucumbers? Or something else?

My babcia use to make them all the time. She grew lots of dill and garlic for pickling. I'll see if I can find a recipe.

Yes the cucumbers.

Yes it has dill and garlic and mustard seeds not sure what else.
