I have mentioen here that I push cooked rice through my grinder to finish pushing the last of the meat through. I make meat balls with the rice meat mix.
A couple of days ago I boned a pork shoulder and cooked the bones and skin for stock. Today I made soup wih some of the stock , the meat that cooked off the bones, and potato, carrot, onion, celery, tomato, shredded cabbage, and the dozen or so meat balls with rice. The sausage recipe was loukanika: http://www.wedlinydomowe.com/sausage-recipes/loukanika. It is worth trying. By volume the ratio of rice to mince is about 40 rice 60 sausage.
