I use our coffee mill for a spice grinder and to clean it I put a tablespoon of dry rice in and run it to powder, dump that into a jar and run another and also save that. Tonight I used some of the milled rice powder to coat some chicken that I had seasoned for baking. It is different than flour but very good.

Never thought about doing that!
I usually use the rice powder for thickening sauces and such, but will try this soon. I too have a good supply since I grind spices the same way with the same type of grinder....
