new mincer purchase

Hi,
I just bit the bullet by purchasing a brand-new mincer, all stainless, #22 with enough different size plates and knives to last me a lifetime.
My old mincer finally gave up the ghost or at least the plastic gear on the motor did.
I tried to buy an Italian made one but no supplies anywhere for a reasonable price so decided on this chinese model after a close inspection.
Purchased locally as well.
Now at least I will be able to empty my deepfreeze with all that pork and veal I bought on special.
Regards,
Jan.
