Homemade Sausage Making

Hi smoke addicts,
Well, we're only days away from our 2nd birthday! Hurrah for us! Happy birthday WD!
Our "Sausage" forum (#7) was getting a bit cluttered with non-related items so I was asked to "moderate" it and "split" topics and chat. I opened a topic in the "sticky" items at the top of the page called, "Assorted Sausage Photos Without Recipes" so we`d have a place to view those entries without recipes accompanying them.

Entries with recipes will continue to be posted under "Sausages". There are a few older posts that will remain without recipes because they contain other beneficial technical information. This maneuver should streamline the information-gathering process just a bit.

So if I add a recipe later to any of my 'non-recipe' posts, do I cause more grievous work for our web Oberführer?

I've never been afraid of work! (Yeah, and the world's still flat too eh?)
Seriously, anytime you'd like to add a recipe, just shoot it to me and I'll retrieve your photos and put them together in the Sausages forum. No problem.
BTW - I've been laughing twenty minutes about the " web Oberführer". That's funny!
