Homemade Sausage Making

Hi ll, I've been a bit distracted lately. Have made some lovely chicken sausages and Italian sausages for a street party which well down really well. But something was missing.
So I have bought myself an Italian gelato machine from Italy which should arrive in a few days to make the ultimate dish to complement that wonderful sausage.
How good can life be?
