Homemade Sausage Making

Busy weekend, smoked some sockeye, a couple of yardbirds "a la CW 7Up", and made a batch of sausage. The sausage was a bit of a fiasco, it's in the smoker now. Will post update tomorrow.

Now, there is a man with a passion for his hobby! It looks wonderful Chris. What kind of sausage did you make? Beautiful color and the fish is out of this world! Nice goin'!
