Homemade Sausage Making

We had pork seasoned with curry powder and dredged in flour and fried last night and didn't clean the skillet. This morning I sliced some smoked butt and heated that and fried an egg in the curry flavored fat in the skillet and made a sandwich.. Curried fried eggs are very good. Different but very good.

Interesting discovery.

Curried hard boiled eggs are great too! There are lots of recipes for them on the internet. I wonder...curried smoked hard boiled eggs?
