A New sport

I have not got the right stuffing horn for larger casings and use centrifugal force. I put in about 1/4 of the stuffing and spin the casing around in a circle as fast as I can. I then continual adding the stuffing in 1/4`s and spin after each addition. I find that this packs the stuffing tightly and have not found that air bubbles occur in the sausage. I just hope that that I do not let go of it while I am spinning it around. Say could salami spinning replace hammer throwing at the next Olympics!
