Homemade Sausage Making

Hi Everyone,
Can anyone give me a recommendation on a good quality sausage filler
i already have a meat mincer/grinder and would like to start making some sausages
i don't want to go too flash but don't want something too budget.
can you help me?

You are referring to the method of filling the casing. We call that stuffing. At the low end they have spouts as an accessory for the mincer and at the high end they have purpose made stuffers.
