Smoke generators like what you want are only made in China now I believe, although a manufacturer in Poland has something similar. I don't know his name but Google will get you to his website.
For China go to www.alibaba.com and search for Smoke Generators. Several available from Henan Elite Machinery and Equipment and Zhejian Ribon Machine Co. Ltd.
The last one is a reliable company with good products. I am speaking from past dealings although not smoking equipment. Try not to deal with trading companies, manufacturer direct saves money with instant access to experienced engineers
