My Handy Excel Spread Sheet Is Here If You Want It

People asked where I got the spread sheet i use to calculate weight lose. I don't really remember who i got it from but I am putting it up here for down load. Once downloaded you can do a
save as and save under what ever name you want. Very easy to use and a nice record keeper.

Thanks Devo, useful tool. I will download it when I get home. Don't have Excel on the small notebook.

Devo- I know you ave used fennel pollen, did you find it stronger/more intense than regular fennel ?

I think it is over rated for the price you pay for it. I would say it compares with regular all though in the package it has a much stronger smell.
