I had a friend come over to make fresh italian sausage. We ended up making 28 Kilo's. I made the platter up so he could taste a little of everything I made so far. He came in the house and started cubing the butts. I turned around and all the Bresaola was gone. My daughter ate it and left none for my guest. I had to slice more.
