Hey guys! I was just informed my wife has eaten boudin once and had a poor experience with it! I am trying to explain to her how good Cajun boudin truly is but she is hesitant to even give it a second thought!
Does anyone have a tried and true recipe I can make for my wife and prove to her how good real Cajun boudin actually is?

Thanks guys!

I have made the Marianski recipe, my wife loved it i could live without it ( Boudin)
If I make it again I would cut the rice in half.

Maybe a good use for your wild pig livers ?

Here's one I've used and enjoy. As with most recipes, you'll have to adjust seasonings to your taste but it's a good start.. Anything from Emeril has come out good for me. Enjoy, good luck.

Thanks guys! great start. I was lucky enough to harvest a hog this past weekend while deer hunting. so I will have to put a little of the meat towards boudin!
Thanks again,

That boudin is some tasty stuff. Smoked until golden brown makes it perfect!

Buddy came back from down south and brought us boudin balls. They were frozen, like meatballs. He put them in a deep fryer, don't know temp or how long. Excellent. I tried them defrosted and they just fell apart.
