Supper in Lac La Biche, Alberta Canada

Unclebuck's smoked centerloin pork chops 3/4 in. thick, new red potatoes done in a shot of EVOO, on the grill, steamed baby turnip tops, and a swack of well iced Molson Canadian. The "war department" is usually the resident chef, but I took it upon myself to do the dirty work this time though. She is baking a foccacia loaf with sliced black olive, red onion, and a short grate of parmesan, which when cut up directly from the oven will be dipped in EVOO and 20 yr old balsamic vinegar. It is rather warm outside - 88F, so the beer will be more than the usual libation. A dozen will probably hit bottom before the evening is over!!

Photos! Photos! Photos!
If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, it probably needs more time on the grill! :D

Invite, invite, invite! :-)
I love cooking with wine. Sometimes I even put it in the food.
