I got my delivery from Amazon of the Home production of Quality meats and Sausages.
I am getting the feet up with a wee Dram in one hand and the book in other. What a great way to spend a Wednesday night.
It may take quite a few Drams and nights to get through this book. It looks like it has everything that a newbie will want to know inside.
Once I have digested the information in this book, I may want to get the book on fermenting sausages.
