I saw this critter crossing our patio yesterday. We have had a lot of rain but it back was muddy so it may be a she and perhaps had laid eggs. Normally they are water turtles. The bricks are 4x8 inches.

She's a "perty" little thing. Feed her a little lettuce and keep her for a pet!

If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, it probably needs more time on the grill!
