Typical mid winter day in rural Canterbury New Zealand

I bought a fridge (convert into my curing chamber) on tradeMe. It was a good buy. It was only when I read the details that I found that it was out in rural Canterbury. It was about just under an hour each way. Lovely trip. This picturewas taken near where I collected the fridge.

This was taken about lunch time. The frost had gone. It was about 7 degrees

Beautiful neck of the woods Markjass. I've spent many weeks in your beautiful country. The mountains are something special ; give you a sense of inner peace. I could easily live there.
