Smokin' weekend

Post by redzed » Mon Jul 29, 2013 06:39

Busy weekend, smoked some sockeye, a couple of yardbirds "a la CW 7Up", and made a batch of sausage. The sausage was a bit of a fiasco, it's in the smoker now. Will post update tomorrow.

Now, there is a man with a passion for his hobby! It looks wonderful Chris. What kind of sausage did you make? Beautiful color and the fish is out of this world! Nice goin'!

Best Wishes,

If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, it probably needs more time on the grill! :D

Red,
That smoked Sockeye looks the best I have ever seen. I am nearly licking the screen.
Cheers,

That is a gorgeous looking load of meat there Red! I had no idea sockeye got that big, those fillets are very impressive. RAY
